Welcome to the

3rd EuFN Workshop in Dresden, Germany

Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf

The 3rd workshop of the European Focused Ion Beam Network took place in Dresden/Germany at the Helmholtz Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf. 135 participants from 17 countries found very interesting oral  (31) and poster (17) presentations, had useful discussions with exhibitors, could talk about scientific topics and exchange experience in FIB/SEM work as well and enjoyed the Dresden city and its surrounding area.

Great thanks again to all the sponsoring companies which allowed us to run the workshop without any conference fee.

We are now looking forward to meeting you at the next year’s EuFN workshop. Details will be announced very soon.
