A PhD position is available at Ferdinand-Braun-Institute’s Joint-Lab Photonic Quantum Technologies, which is part of the Integrated Quantum research division. The PhD project will focus on the selective creation and modification of defects in two-dimensional (2D) materials, especially in graphene on silicon carbide.
